Excellent Dehumidifier and service

I ordered the Dehumidifier unit, which arrived on time and it was nicely packaged. As requested it was placed in my safe place at the rear of the house as we were out at the time of delivery.
The unit works very well altho' I do find the operation instruction and control buttons etc, more difficult to use than the previous model I had.

Travel insurance renewal.

It was easy to renew by direct debit after reviewing the policy. The policy still covers our needs.
I gave four stars only because of the automatic increase in the cost even though nothing has changed since last year.

I am happy with my Staysure holiday....

I am happy with my Staysure holiday insurance but it was not possible to update my medical details online - which I was told would be free.
It was easy enough to update my details by phone but it cost £26 extra to amend the details this way.

Great service

Great service, we received the mirror earlier than expected.
It's good quality and works well.
Two comments I would make:
a. It would be better if the demisting pad could be switched off when not required.
b. Built in terminals to wire into would be better than the flying lead provided.

I think this is a very good service but…

I think this is a very good service but there is a problem when medications are urgently needed.
Could the system delivery times be improved for urgent deliveries.

We always advise requesting the medication that you need 7-10 working days before your due to run out to allow us enough time to request the prescription from your GP, process and deliver the order to you.

With urgent prescriptions, it can be tricky because these are usually acute prescriptions and not on repeat which means you'll need to have them dispensed at your local pharmacy if you need to start treatment within 48 hours of the prescription being issued.

We advise you to notify the GP when issuing acute prescriptions so that they may be either printed as a paper prescription or to be directly sent to a local pharmacy of your choice.

Staysure Insurance tailored to my needs.

The person I spoke to at Staysure was very helpful and knowledgeable and she tailored my quotation to suit my needs. Because the Travel Insurance covers my requirements and at a reasonable price I took out my annual travel insurance with staysure straight away.

I have only been a Shell Energy customer for a couple of months and so have not been with them long enough to make any other rating than acceptable.
My first contact with them was for a reminder to send a monthly meter reading which was rather blunt and tactless.

The upside was, we got a *lot* of feedback about the wording, and it's been taken on board for all of our emails going forward. good but some reservations

I specifically requested that the item ordered should not be delivered until a certain date. My item was dispatched before this date and I found it on my doorstep when we returned home from holiday. Fortunately when we came home it was still there where it had been for approximately seven days.
On the good side the item we bough was very good and we are happy with it.
