Terrible | Avoid

As others have said -- advertised polo-shirt looked great; then the hideous polyester printed monstrosity arrived. Took me 3 weeks via Paypal to get my money back. Avoid.

Poor service, missing items, bad communications

Poor service, but good products. It looks like there are issues in dispatch at the moment as my order was VERY late (a week longer than expected and so we missed the event it was for), poor communications, eventually turned up with missing iterms (although refunded), and the promised 'goodwill item' missing. Have ordered in the past no problem, but issues at the moment.

Just awful

Just awful. Like so many reviewers had exactly the same experience -- cheap service costs and then a bill for lots of additional work which was 'needed' due to safety reasons, even though a very recent MOT didn't pick up the faults. £15 part which would take 15-20 minutes to change cost £292 -- that's just robbery (click mechanic is £99). PLEASE DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS, because if we don't they will either change their practices or go out of business (which is what they deserve given how they treat their customers today).

Good process. Poor quality control.

Very good communication and professional experience. Why 4 stars? the quality of the repair let them down and had to reject. This should have been caught in their quality control process. You can’t have the person doing the job passing their own quality - it just doesn’t work - especially a I spotted both issues within 10 seconds of review. While this has caused some ongoing inconvenience, they immediately started to resolve it quickly. So great processes, let down by their quality control.

Dont waste your time

Usual practice of giving you a strong offer online and a much lower one on the day - even though they agreed the car was immaculate and well within the online valuation period. This happened even when it was stressed when booking the appointment, not to bother to turn up if that was their approach. If you need to sell your car quickly with this in mind, fair enough, otherwise avoid and save your time. The car purchaser - Will - was a top fella though.

Generally quite poor

Generally quite poor. Like another reviewer - order didn't arrive on time - even when the person in store said they could guarantee it within 2 working days. When it did arrive the next day, accessories weren't included meaning a delay to our floor being fitted. Had to source underlay, beading, and t-bar elsewhere. Still awaiting refund on beading and t-bar. The lady in customer service was polite, but was powerless to do anything about the order not arriving (even though we took a day off for delivery), the incomplete status next day, or getting the remainder to us faster so we could get the floor laid ... not having to re-schedule with our fitter a third time. Just not very good.
