The company takes money and does not…

The company takes money and does not sent items now. I order 14 weeks ago, still no delivery or even a despatch. Just false promises. i have asked for a refund for a few weeks now, still nothing. I have had to raise a dispute with my creditcard company.

Excellent service and a very simple transaction with the dealer. I got my new car at the best price where my local dealers couldn't get anywhere near on price. Very happy. I'll come back in a few years. :)

Awful service from yodel for 48hours…

Awful service from yodel for 48hours and still counting.
Purchased an item from very who use Yodel for the electrical goods.
Item was due to be delivered tuesday (yesterday), waited in all day but at 1pm did a live chat with yodel as the parcel still didnt show as out for delivery.
Yodel told me it would be delivered before 6pm.
At 3:31pm i got a message on the app from yodel saying 'no one was in'. I was working at home and no attempt was made. I messaged yodel again, they said the driver was 3miles away in the local town and must have got lost!
Today, wednesday, again no updates on tracking site so at 10am i message yodel and told it would be delivered today.
4pm i message and ask for an update and told it failed to leave the depot and it would not be delivered tomorrow (Thursday!). I changed plans to be in all day today so im frustrated.
To rub salt in the wound, yodel informed me that because 2 deliveries had failed that if tomorrow fails the item will be returned to the depot and i'd need to collect it - the depot is an hour away!!
No apology from yodel and they are not willing to accept that two attempts havnt been made - when clearly there have been no attempts....

It feels to me that because we are rural and a few miles away from a town the drivers cant be bothered to deliver to us for the little yodel pay them!

Avoid yodel is given the chance, the service is poor and the advisors on webchat reply with copy and paste replies.... no less than 8 times have i been told it might help the drivers if i download the app and specific information about where we live, which i have already done and more importantly we are the only house on the post code where no couriers ever miss us - this is out of pure laziness on yodels part!!!

Ardens Worcester - Excellent!

Exchanged contracts for the sale of our home yesterday!
Dom, Leanne, Lara and Katy from Ardens Worcester have been excellent throughout. From listing of our property, to getting the best price in a difficult time from buyers and keeping the solicitors on their toes to make it happen yesterday, Ardens have been a massive support. We couldnt have asked for more and we have really apprechiated the honest advice and because of how they have been throughout have trusted them accordingly.

Awful service from this company!

Awful service from this company!

Latest rudeness i've endured after countless previous incidents...

We are in the process of moving home and we have to pay £360 for pinnacle to print a new pack/agreement for the new owners - despite it not being anywhere in our contract this is needed nor there any legal issue for this - We have already paid pinnacle for the year in advance!

Today my solicitor says the pack I paid for hasnt been recieved, 2 months after pinnacle too my money.

I just rang pinnacle and gave mine and my partners name to query if and when the pack was sent as requested. I gave my home details for them to find me and was put on hold to be transferred to the legal team.
Shortly after the phone was answered by an abrupt and rude individual stating "Hello, i see we have a discrepency with your name!". That is how she answered.

I said excuse me and i just wanted to check that the document I have paid £360 for was sent correctly to my solicitor.

She replied "well i need to establish who are you!" She was so blunt and rude!!

I sad my name and my partners name again where she replied its not in my name only my partners. I said well i know my partners name and you accepted the £360 from me and emails from me asking for the money. She was so rude and came across put out that she had to speak to me.
Shocking behaviour for someone who is client/customer facing!

Furthermore when we first moved to our home we noted it only had my partners name and took advice on how to change this, I sent and email 7 years ago (when we purchased the property), 6 and 4 years ago which included ID's at pinnacles request (to the legal team), which clearly ended up no where.

Today i can only be happy we are moving property and dont have to have anything to do with pinnacle ever again, they are fairless useless, have no customer service skills and pretty much just rob you of £360 to print a 46 document, post it to the solicitor to hand over to the new owner!

Had an excellent customer service…

Had an excellent customer service experience from an Advisor on the App chat team today.

Long story short the main account holder of my membership cancelled their membership neglecting that I was joined with them even though i paid my own membership. I therefore was unexpectedly cancelled after an embarrassing situation being unable to get through the gyms gates. Saying that the reception team at Worcester let me in given the circumstances.

I messaged via the app and spoke to Vicky, who did her best to find out how she could help without signing me up as a new member and loosing my discounted rate. The options included asking if I have other friends at my club, which I do.

I got a friend to confirm they were happy for me to tag onto their membership (he emailed the address Vicky advised), where Vicky quickly acted and protected my special rate and ported my membership over.

Incredibly impressed and greatful and looking forward to getting back to the club later today after only 48hours of realising my membership cancelled.

Just paid off our help to buy loan using Threemo as our solicitors. Couldnt have gone more smoothly - regular progress updates with a visual timeline of activity and tasks taking place and friendly support when we did speak (only needed at the start and end of the process). We'll use Threemo again, thanks!

Terrible service and money grabbing…

Terrible service and money grabbing yobs.

The online booking service is not working so you are forced to call the premium rate booking line.

I have spent nearly £15 being on hold on the premium rate booking line before my phone disconnected as I had gone over my safe spend limit.

I have emailed, face book messaged and even sent a message online. No solution.

I rang the customer service number (freephone) and again after 30mins of being on hold was informed this was the same line but as I have not rung through on the premium rate number they were not allowed to make bookings. I then said I wanted to complain and this was welcomed!!! Terrible service by this company. We will not be using them ever again.

Travel pack up right refused to refund…

Travel pack up right refused to refund me after speaking to a manager. Said their policy changed due to covid-19. Which is illegal to change a policy after booking a holiday.

I was told i was entitled to a partial tax refund only £400 when my flights costs £2200. I spoke to BA who said travel pack were refunded fully as their policy is if its cancelled its a full refund.

Travel pack are simply keeping hold of this money. Its illegal and they are opportunists.

I raised a case with my credit card company and got the remaining balance forcefully taken from travelpacks bank. Do the same!

Then on every review site, Google, trip advisor etc. Leave a review to protect others from suffering from these crooks in the future.

Never again travel pack.

Short term stealing of customers money will be the longterm downfall!

Item was delivered and well packaged, with the exception of it being despatched a day later than expected, having paid for next day delivery.
In addition, the description of the item (phone) did not say anywhere it came without a box - which was a little dissapointing. However the device itself was in the exact condition as described.

Flights got cancelled due to…

Flights got cancelled due to coronavirus. The agent and airline are by law supposed to offer us a refund. Travel pack are refusing to refund due to changing T&C's in early march - as the coronavirus was becoming more serious. This is several months after booking flights with travel pack.
I have not been able to get a refund, despite the flights and therefore travel packs costs not evening happening.
I have been responded to with sarcasm and bluntness. They have just also said go through your insurance company and dont let them pass the costs - even though my insurance company did not take the money!!!
will not rebook with them and considering a small claims court. the law is clear - these guys just ignore!

Items arrived after nearly 2 weeks …

Items arrived after nearly 2 weeks damaged. I could not wait any longer so had to buy from a DIY store and cut the sheet down myself. I requested a refund and the company is refusing to refund me, stating they are not obligated to and despite it being the law (even bespoke customer order items can be refunded if delivered damaged) this company is refusing saying its not its policy! Terrible service and all via email as no one answers the phones. I have raised a claim with my credit card company who say the retailer is breaking the law!
