Truly terrible customer service. We bought a Pure X PUXA model. The manual states it works with pans of 120mm diameter. We have two pans of 125mm diameter, and they won’t work.
We wrote to Bora setting out the problem. They said they didn’t think their product was faulty. They said they would send an engineer but that it would be chargeable. They won’t address the difference between the manual’s stated specifications and the reality of the product. The last I heard from them was a request to send a video of the product and the pans - I’ve done that, but heard no more from them and they’ve stopped responding, even after a month of begging them to at least give me an opinion. The Bora brand might be high-end, but Bosch / Siemens / Neff have top class engineers and customer service.

Good product, excellent quality (really nice bevelled edges), high quality plastic as described.
Initially, it will appear to be cut a little bigger than specified, but it shrinks to size.
Well packaged and delivered promptly.
We had some questions over pricing, and the folks at Profolio were helpful and honest - acknowledging that English was not their first language.
