The delivery driver was very friendly and on time. We regularly chat about cricket when he has a parcel to deliver but not for long. He is always polite and a great example of a delivery driver

When the normal delivery driver posted that he handed my parcel to resident and he hadn't. I eventually found it with a neighbour. Contacting g Evri was easy. Getting them to understand that I now had my parcel was z lot harder. 4 replies to their queries before they understood i had my parcel. Unfortunately this happened a second time a week later & Evri phoned us about the parcel by which time the neighbour was home and handed it to us. We told Evri we had the parcel and everything was fine but I've received 2 further emails asking if we've found our parcel as the driver has been in the right area! Get your drivers to state correctly what they did with the parcel and maybe you'll get more stars!!

I found the things I wanted and some I didn't know I needed!! The cool building was a relief from the hot weather. I didn't have long to wait to pay and pick up my parcel

I attended my local store. I was pleasantly surprised that the upstairs section od bowls, harnesses, collars and leads had been rearranged. This made it easier to look for a puppy harness. The store is well set out and you can find what you want easily. The staff greeted me on arrival and we're very friendly and professional

Not a branch I've used before but as my branch closed down this was the nearest. Pleasant surroundings and reception. No one was on duty but I could see everyone in the garage was working on other cars. My car was dealt with quickly. I was informed of the problem and advised what actions needed taking. Professional service and happy to use them again
