Unreliable! Bad/Lack of Communication

I am writing this regarding absolutely terribile customer service and lack of communication from Pacifica . I have a faulty washing machine with a failed bearing , I reported this to Ikea, who then passed me on to Electrolux, who then passed me to Pacifica who then arranged an engineer to visit on January 9th, He informed me that the bearing had failed, He also said that if the bearing /drum collapsed it could trip the electrics or even cause fire.
It was then scheduled for repair on Feb 2nd (Today), The engineer arrived and then said 'Have you received the parts?! I hadn't been told that parts were meant to be delivered! I had no tracking or anything.  I then called Pacifica again to then be informed that they had rebooked for Feb 16th without even asking if I was available. I had to rebook again to Feb 26th. I wasn't informed whether the parts were coming to me or not. I then phoned back to check and the lady (Julie) then said that the engineer would bring the parts with them. 
I then called back to Electrolux to tell them how unhappy I was with the outrageous customer service. The lady took all the details and also said the blame lies with Pacifica , and I discussed wanting compensation for a days lost earnings and inconvenience caused. She then transfered the call back to Pacifica. I was then informed that now the engineer WON'T be bringing the parts with them and that I will have to be at home on a separate occasion to receive parts! It was also mentioned that if I didn't accept to receive the parts they wouldn't repair my machine!!!  I am sure they are breaking the warranty of Ikea/Electrolux by even mentioning this.  Pacifica also claimed that they aren't responsible for compensation (Even though Electrolux said they were).
I have never experienced such awful customer service and fed up with being passed back and forth with Pacifica/Electrolux/Ikea not want accept their failings.
I hope to have some feedback regarding this matter from those involved to conclude to a satisfactory result.
