Good process, poor quality.

Good process, disappointed with the dress. Different material that I thought, small fitting, back of the dress shorter than the front. Would like a refund.

I have just put the cushion covers on and one of the zips have come clean off. I would like this replaced if possible.

Went into Team Valley Store was served…

Went into Team Valley Store was served by John and Gavin. They were so helpful and gave great advice to my daughter, a first time festival goer. Thank you it’s not a shop we usually go in to but the service was outstanding.

Not good enough!

The service I received in store was amazing however I returned the goods on the 13th May and to date, 20th May there is still no credit on my account. Now how does that work as when I buy something the cost of the goods are out of my account within days. Not good enough.

Really impressed!

In the past couple of months we have traded in an Xbox 360, some games, some DVDs and a DS. We went to Game and they didn't offer us half as much as CEX so really impressed with the service we received. The staff were far more friendly a CEX too. Definitely recommend.
