I definitely would not recommend DHL to anyone!

Frankly, I'm at a loss as to why DHL are still surviving!
Absolutely disgraceful, non caring company!
Fresh food... which the delivery driver said he could not deliver, because he could not gain access to the property.....but was proved to not be true because of cameras round the property.
I contacted DHL more than once & was given a case number. But that was a complete waste of time! No one replies. No one cares! The most horrendous company !

Very, very happy with Yodel

I had to contact Yodel about my package. It had stated it would be here within 1- 3 days, but on the third day, I checked & my package was lying in the hub. I wasn't happy because I was waiting for my order.
I spoke online with an agent who seems to have pulled out all the stops to get my item to me!! It arrived this morning, so I must thank the agent very, very much. I appreciate your help very much.
And your courier, who always comes to our door, is really lovely. Mannerable, polite & friendly. We'll done Yodel.....10/10

Disappointed

The scarf I bought for a friend's birthday was nice, but I e mailed customer service to ask if they could put the scarf in a cellophane bag because it looks so much better for a gift.
They replied saying they had requested it, but couldn't guarantee a bag.
I was very disappointed when it actually came without a bag. 😣
I can't quite believe a company like this didn't have a bag!

Unhappy customer

I received my order which contained chocolates with a very short sell by date. I contacted customer services to explain why I was concerned. After many emails back & forth, I have to say I was no further forward whatsoever. HC customer services are in my opinion, useless.
This company need to take a long hard look at how they treat their customers!
Never again!

Not happy with Amazon delivery

Not too happy with Amazon delivery. I was in all day, yet the Amazon driver did not ring the bell or even knock!
The package was left on a wet doorstep in full view of everyone passing by!
Also very disappointed with one of the boxes of chocolates which has a best before date of 2/25

I ordered 2 scarves for Christmas…

I ordered 2 scarves for Christmas gifts. The order came in 4 days which was very good. The scarves look lovely. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the fact that both cellophane bags were torn down the side. It was as if someone had ripped them open to look at a label. Very disappointed that the bags are ripped when they are Christmas gifts.

I would recommend Swolit

Very happy with my bag from Swolit. I put in my order & chose Special Delivery because I needed it quickly for a function.
My order didn't arrive the next day ....but it was the fault of Royal Mail - not Swolit. I contacted Swolit who amazingly refunded my postage in full & told me my order would arrive shortly. And it did! The very next day! It came beautifully packaged.
I was so pleased that I had the bag to use later that day.
I would recommend this company & will definitely use it again myself. Thank you Swolit.

My order went missing, but when I phoned about it, the lady called Karen was SO helpful. She talked to DPD about it & then organised a replacement order to be sent out.
She kept an eye on the delivery as it passed through the system & kept me informed all the way.
