Very disappointing quality and customer service

Wagyu was cut almost as thinly as a rasher of bacon. Items were also defrosted when delivered. This information should be displayed far more prominently on the website. Information on correct storage would also be useful in the box. Very disappointing quality and customer service.

Dire service

Appalling. Very poor service with frequent drop outs multiple times a day. Customer service courteous but we have been given different, seemingly erroneous, information by each adviser.

Excessive postal charges

Excessive postal charges

Charged £21.20 postage on 6 items (including 2 of the same item but in a different colour) of clothing seems excessive. These arrived in only 2 deliveries so do not seem to merit 6 postage charges. This policy makes items less of a bargain than they initially appear. Why penalise a customer ordering multiple items? This policy is worth considering before wasting time shopping for multiple items with QVC.

Appalling plants and customer service

Plants arrived in appalling condition and I have been unable to contact Gardening express to discuss this. They do not provide an email address or contact telephone number. There is even a 2 hour wait to be contacted by one of their bots. Avoid at all costs.
