I purchased a power cable from Bluetti to attach to power packs together. Firstly, I was annoyed that the particular cable was not included with the extension battery as if there is no cable you cannot attach it to your original power pack. This seems Ludacris. In my opinion it should come with the cable and you shouldn’t have to spend another £89 after you have already paid over £1000 for the actual battery. So however I sent this cable back as I did with the power pack and I have to say that Bluetti’s after sales where excellent. Great communication and help with the return. So I would therefore recommend them albeit Read up on your item properly as you will normally need to purchase extras to make it run. 

I purchased a travel bag from absolute snow it arrived in good time, but I decided it wasn’t exactly the style that I needed to travel. I look looked up their returns procedure on their site which was very easy and sent the bag back. I then had my refund in QuickTime no hassle. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this company and would buy from them again.

Good customer service. Was able to ask questions before purchase. Ordered and arrived promptly. However for the price I don’t think the item is very good quality. The edges are just haggard where they have been roughly cut and not turned over and sewn with a tidy seam. Also the Velcro won’t last long as it is a Velcro patch which has no edging so will fray with use and be rendered useless. (I have had this issue before with another item-not from This seller). Would be better with some Sort of clip/press stud fixing. Fits well. Pretty quick and easy to assemble
