Awful Customer Experience
Interested to inspect a car, told it would be twenty minutes before anyone would be available to open the BMW I was interested in. I said I would call back in a couple of hours, staff said it would be another half hour before a member of staff was available. Very poor customer experience, I gave up in the end. This is a company that doesn’t even show the prices of the cars one has to use the phone and scan the code of every car to get details. Not the kind of customer experience I could endorse to anyone.
