I had to resell two off my 4 tickets and it was a very easy experience and I was paid back the original price of my tickets. I am hoping they were resold by Ticketmaster at the face value price.

The tickets and reminders of the concert info were all very timely and efficient. I like that the tickets cannot be sold on for a higher value than originally bought.

It was no longer available on line so I emailed customer support to ask if they might be able to track one down for me. I had a very prompt response from Rosalind that she had found one! She set up a basket for me to make the payment and included express postage. Couldn’t be happier! Fantastic, helpful service.
