Wrong ingredient bag sent.

Wrong ingredient bag sent.
Today I received my food box with the number 21 recipe bag instead of 62.
This is the second time in a month I have had issues with the quality of the packing. Last time, I had two packs of black runner beans, and a bag of broccoli that had split open before arriving.

Add to this the delivery company DPD don't bother with the delivery instructions. Last time they left the box on my front doorstep on full view to anyone passing by (I was home).
This time, I was also home, no doorbell rung, but at least they left the box where requested (if nobody is home).

On a positive note, the quality (when all the ingredients are satisfactory) are great and we enjoy the meals.

On the whole GC is okay

On the whole GC is okay, but the general quality and taste of the recipes are not what they were when we first started using the brand 20 months ago.
It feels like they have lost their way somewhat in the quality and pushing toward charging a lot for "signature" recipes.

I'm sorry that you have been disappointed with the quality of the ingredients you have received in your boxes and have not been able to use all of the ingredients you needed to prepare all of your meals. We try to provide high-quality, fresh produce as much as possible but, sometimes a small number of produce which do not meet our quality requirements are missed during our final quality control checks at our production centres.

Overall GC is good and delivers good…

Overall GC is good and delivers good recipes and ingredients, I've given 3* due to missing ingredients, yes you are given a credit refund but it isn't the point.

More recipe choices would be good too and less cauliflower rice please, this is one of the reasons we use GC less often these days.

Much better than my last food box…

Much better than my last food box delivery, within timescales and the driver ang my door bell.

DPD - please keep this up then I may start to have a little bit of confidence in your delivery capabilities.

The Yodel driver who delivers our GC…

The Yodel driver who delivers our GC food box is consistent he arrives in the timescales and he has left the box in the dedicated safe place if we are not in too unlike DPD a certain DPD driver.
