We needed replacement of a towel rail heater element. Shoeb took this up with the manufacturer as we believed it was still under warranty. Although the manufacturer initially declined our claim, with Shoeb’s help we successfully appealed. The replacement was dispatched immediately. Good work by Shoeb so thank you very much.

What a great experience. I contacted Repairtech about our very unusual expensive French cooker. Kate (customer service advisor) listened carefully and took trouble to find an engineer with the relevant experience. Jason attended very soon and was brilliant. He wasn’t going to leave till it was fixed. To my amazement he worked his magic and we are cooking with gas once again. Highly recommended.

Newcomer to TransferWise but very impressed so far

Good experience product waiting for me on arrival.

Sadly only one of the two embossed wallets turned up and that was without embossing of initials. The second did come when chased and was correct. I must say though that the problem was helpfully resolved when I moaned.

Having looked around I was pleased to find I could get Toyota original batteries from Roughtrax for the same or cheaper than what seemed to be very ordinary units available from other web suppliers.
My only error was failing to spot that for Sunday delivery I ordered too late. Although I had paid for Sunday delivery, Roughtrax were good as gold and refunded me the Sunday delivery charge despite tis being my error n failing to read the small print. Car is back on the road and all is good thanks
