Horrendous experience purchased 2 pillows did not use them since I realised I had purchased firm pillows and wanted soft pillows, called and they said I could exchange at the local store if they had stock. Called store who had stock but refused to exchange them I explained they were unused and customer services had told me I could exchange them, advised to call customer services again which I did only to be told the manager had contacted them and advised I said they were used which I had not since they were unused, the manager was making me out a liar since he did not want to exchange them. I asked for a refund and sent both pillows back now for some reason they refund only 1 pillow - both pillows were retuned as received. - Awaiting on callback which I hope is quicker than their email no response in 10 days - only a confirmation of having received my email. I would not recommend this company to anyone please avoid. Update Dreams contacted me and arranged for 2 of the pillows to be delivered effectively giving me the 2 pillows for the price of 1. Great turn around well done looking forward to a good night's sleep thanks

Spent 2 days trying to get through to customer services. the agent was not at helpful kept making mistakes and was very confused over how much it would cost to reschedule flights eventually gave me a breakdown which did not add to the total she had already quoted. I told her I could book new flights cheaper than rescheduling current flights - her response well jsut go and book your new flights then absolutely disgraceful service from an agent who never apologised for anything and cam across as very arrogant doubt I will not be using Ryanair in the futre

So far terrible service parcel was meant to be delivered o the 9th June still not received it got an email this morning (11th June) letting me know my parcel will be delivered on the 9th June! absolute joke of a service, phoned several times they really are unsure where my parcel is - phoned last night to be told might be on the van and the driver missed scanning it or maybe its still at the depot, now spent 2 days waiting in for it. Manager phoned this morning and informed me I will be the 1st to know when it leaves the depot which should be by 11:30......................still waiting. Come on DPD get your systems, processes and people in order!
