Complete Scam Avoid. You need to go to the DVLA website to change your address - which is free. This website will set up a subscription service charging you £39 every month, I can't believe this has not been banned. Avoid unless you like being ripped off!

Absolute scam site

Absolute scam site, I, like others thought this was the official Government site, it is not, it is a subscription site, if you realise, like I did after you've made a payment, ring your bank immediately and stop it, because they will take £39 each month from your account.

I stupidly thought this was the…

I stupidly thought this was the official DVLA site , but I was diverted to this scam site that took 2 payments of £39 to renew my driving licence.

They make they're money by people making this mistake.

When trying to contact them they do not respond even when asked how to make an official complaint.

Shame on Google for allowing them to be a sponsored site on their search!

BEWARE SCAM SITE !!!!

BEWARE !!!!!
I realised recently I have had 4 payments taken from my account of £39 to renew my drivers licence . I thought this was the official DVLA site , but I was diverted to this scam site . I was unaware of this , and also that I had been subscribed. My bank couldn’t refund me because they said I had been subscribed. I have just called the company and they said I have pressed the subscription option. I denied this , and said I hadn’t. I now have to email the complaints department of this scam company to dispute the unauthorised withdrawals . I really don’t hold out much hope in receiving my money back which amounted to £148 !! THEIVES !!!!!!

Scam ID fraud risk

Scam. Feel really stupid!
Again, as many on here, thought I was on dvla site. Luckily I realised before giving bank details or payment. They do have all my passport no, national insurance and licence number. Very worrying. Also operating as ukdriver-update.com

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM. I only wanted to change my address for myself and my partner, I agreed to pay £39 EACH. But then they have charged me this every month. Total scam £320. THIS IS FREE to be done by DVLA and it is easy to do - I thought it was dvla.
My main concern is they now have my NI number, dob, name and address

AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM

AVOID AVOID, it's not the official DVLA renewal driving license, please do not fall for this as I did. They take £39 from you and set up a monthly subscription. They are a scam site. Managed to get hold of their number which is 0330 010 3086 and phoned them today (21st August 2024, after a week of not hearing anything and zero help from my bank). I was advised by the extremely rude and unhelpful "scamming customer service advisor" that I wanted my money back which i paid on 14th August 2024 and they claimed they had emailed me to advise that they couldn't process my application (either though they had took the £39) no email from them whatsoever and then shock, when I was on the phone to them, the email came through. When I questioned her about it being a scam site and how disgusting it is all the people they are scamming, she hung up on me. Please do not use this site. They take all your personal details when you're "applying for your driving license renewal" including, national insurance number, passport number and driving license number. Please search for the official website which is on gov.uk. to renew your driving license.

Scam

I used this company to renew my drivers licence, it was very quick & easy, cost was £39. But then they started taking a monthly payment of £39 from my account, I contacted them via phone, recorded message saying email, so did that, they did reply, but just saying sorry I no longer need their services, & my membership will be cancelled !! I had no idea I had a membership with them, I was just expecting a one off payment for the licence renewal, why on earth would I need to keep paying monthly for a service I'd already paid for & wouldn't need again for 10 years, this is a scam, not clear at all, about it being a membership. I've emailed them again asking for a refund, of the extra payments, just got an automated reply, saying they'll be in touch, now trying to get help from my bank, to get the money back.
