Most corrupt in the UK SWW

My previous house was very old and beaten up by previous tenants.Sww wouldn't fix the leaks and neither would Sanctuary Torquay both very corrupt companies. A kind plumber fixed the leaks but they now want me to pay over 2 grand and I'm disabled plus who has that to hand...they are robbers and scammers. If you say your bill seems way too high they always say to people need a leak allowance? How about just fixing it well duh.
I moved to Exeter and I'm the first tenant. So now I'm paying off 2 houses but Sww had cheek to say today that my bill although I pay weekly, amounts on both properties,was
£931 and maybe there was a leak. ?Newbuild 1st tenant highly unlikely. What horrible corrupt people overcharging and lying shame on them,my mother just died too and I told them that. These people are unbelievable and need to be investigated for their devilish greed.What about the sewage as well.
The UK has a crisis right now and you want us to keep giving - it has to stop ....you're hurting people ....just stop stealing.!!

I sold my car from Exeter to A Taunton…

I sold my car from Exeter to A Taunton buyer. Instead of checking with the DVLA they send us a debt of £155 for Sainsburys Taunton there is NO proof whatsoever we were there because we were not there we live in Exeter.
Incompetent people.Leave us alone and send to the right person!

Union Street Torquay worst dentists in Devon..

Receptionists talk to you like dirt on the phone but smile in person. Private of course will be different but for us peasants our experiences were very negative.
They are greedy and corrupt.

☠ ⚫ ABSOLUTE LIARS !! ☠⚫

I asked to switch to Octopus prepayment gas electric from Utilita prepayment and I'm still waiting.
They keep saying they'll do it and they do not. Terrible. I was told would be done by 16th April I have contacted them numerous times.

Sorry to hear that we haven’t been able to switch you over to Prepayment as quick as you’d like! I have looked in to your account and read through the correspondence, and we never actually confirmed to you that it would be done by the 16th of April. You switched over to Octopus Energy on the 16th of April and we then sent you an email on the 21st of April with instructions on how to switch to prepayment now that you were with us!

I appreciate where this all got mixed up so I do apologise for that! But if you followed the email instructions correctly you will be on prepayment within the timeframe we provided on the email!

This time Utilita had 6 months of fun…

This time Utilita had 6 months of fun sending Bill's Bill's Bill's and their behaviour was quite corrupt. Not believing what they say as gospel would help,many clients are telling the truth and can prove it.The goodwill gesture was too low and we didnt agree with the resolution.Utilita should have been made to apologize and held fully accountable. We wanted prepayment meters to avoid debt and our case handler didn't seem to see how unjust our case was and the effect its had on us

Plants arrived in terrible state..

Plants arrived in an awful state. Ordered through Beechwood and they were supposed to be 9cm Autumn colour.
They were small,unhealthy and had moss all in the pots.
Such a sorry state they were in and not fit to be planted. Very disappointed.

I want to remove my bank card please

I paid £1 for 10 tickets an offer and was added to a syndicate.
Where is the contact us button and how do I remove my bank card off there ? -- Edit --
I want to delete the account too.
Going to account information does not allow you to remove your bank card. Neither does payment methods.
I have contacted directly several times to no avail.I am still waiting to remove my bank card 😨

With regards to the tickets, after making a purchase, they are usually displayed within a few minutes.
However, on rare occasions, it can take a little longer. You should find them in the 'My Draws' section of your account - if they're not there yet, please bear with us, they're on their way!

Regarding removing your bank card details, you can do this in your 'My Account' section, then go to 'Payment Methods' where you should see the option to manage your payment methods.

They keep giving us different account numbers and changing them.
Every person from India call centre gives us different information.
We cant top up as there is no dual prepayment showing on the app.
They also only gave us the gas barcode despite saying they only supply electricity to us
We have both with them and there is no excuse this company is horrendous,reported to resolver and still trying to log in the account.
We have been trying to log in for 3 weeks their advice never works.
An absolute nightmare looking to change this incompetent company.

Bevans solicitors wollens Bevans

Bevans solicitors wollens, helped a terrible landlord Sanctuary housing by actually dragging the case which was to be a straightforward eviction and therefore encouraging ASB and putting the onus on us when we have suffered for years. Also were not housing lawyer. Corrupt behaviour.
They must have an arrangement for the go softly approach €££€
We are moving but the next tenants will suffer the same problem AWFUL !

Worst housing association ever in UK !!.

Don't care about repairs or fencing .
Don't care about Asbo neighbours.
Will do gas inspection so they don't get into trouble otherwise they lie and care about rent only.!!! Properties always poor standard and leaking pipes that they never fix.
Staff are not trained properly and say ANYTHING.
There is a Facebook complaints group if you want to share your nightmare.
Has to be worst in UK
You will regret it if you trust them!
Avoid if possible!!!
