Absolutely excellent

Fantastic service! Simple, clear, easy and friendly staff meant the bags disappeared and arrived all well at the other side. So easy and definitely worth the cost! Will use again!

Awful full stop

Fed up of reading positives reviews about a company that clearly doesn’t show any care! Where are these agents you speak to who give such great service? For me, they have over charged, refused to refund, have an app that doesn’t work despite them acknowledging that I have done everything they asked but they don’t know what’s wrong and the agents I spoke with told me I either follow their process or get nothing.

Disgusting disgraceful

Delivered my parcel damaged, to the wrong address and faked my signature. Did not speak to the person at the address despite claiming they did - absolute disgrace

Appalling. An hour on hold and cut off, another 40mins and they have no idea where the parcel is despite paying significant sums for it. In any other line of work this company would have folded.

Absolutely incompetent and a disgrace. Sadly needing to use an international florist, they are one of the few but for the fourth time a mistake and error is made. Same story, same poor service,

Absolutely awful - no wonder they are almost bust! Horrific customer service; took 1.5 hours on a phone to get a simple refund, every blocker in the world in place! No care, no empathy, processes designed to frustrate and annoy, better off in the hands of a 4 year old than current management!

DON'T BOTHER

Everything about dealing with the RAC was awful. Really poor experience - couldn't access the insurance documents, couldn't speak to online chat there was an 'error', the staff answering the phones were rude and patronising, and the outcome of phoning them too over an hour to get the documents I'd paid for!

Absolute scum

Absolute scum! Terrible customer service, forced into an upgrade (needed the car to go to a wedding or we would have walked away) - better word would be bullied into.. horrible and rude staff, tried to offer us a car that had been in an accident, would never use again ever!
Tried to complain and the lack of care, concern and interest matches the fact that I was subject to FRAUD on my credit card! DO NOT USE!

Utter Disgrace

Absolutely awful. Booking information sent us to the wrong terminal, staff at the right terminal were unhelpful, rude and threatened other customers whilst we were there. The booking was as not honoured, we paid for a car with aircon and they couldn’t offer one. The one they tried to give us had been in an accident. Then they forced us to pay to upgrade and told me to complain to someone else as it wasn’t their problem.
WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN - formal complaint made.
Utter disgrace and the way we were treated means I won’t go back to Bulgaria!

Not bad - picked up well and dropped off ok, but the car was very dirty inside and covered in mud - was forced to get it cleaned as it was that bad. Discussed with attendant but simply not interested.
Does not stand out amongst others!

Good service

Delivery team for a bed ordered the week before. Plenty of comms int he run up, although told we'd be called 30mins before delivery - no call.
Having said that, the delivery was an hour early...so overall good!

Overall, quite happy - items were as described and quite good. Did request delivery for before 24th May but arrived on May 24th - small thing but was late for a birthday celebration so a little disappointing!

Good Quality Overall (difficult bed to build though!)

Bought a Winged Double Bed - service and speed of delivery were excellent, courier even turned up early!

Building the bed was a different story, with confusing instructions and no real info!!! Winged pieces aren't exactly secure but overall, quite happy!

Excellent Service all round!!

The entire experience with Dako Home was actually really good. Purchase, communications and on the day delivery were all smooth, on time and in fact really quick from order to arrival!
On the day, the team of Adrian and Michael O were really polite, quick, tidy and got the job done; so paying the extra was well worth the money - definitely consider it (less than an hour from arrival to leave).
Overall, I think it has to be an excellent experience!
