It is a shame that the email telling me to expect my parcel arrived exactly 3 minutes before the delivery at 8.23am --- what use is that?
The gentleman who was delivering was kind enough to wait until I got out of bed [I am unwell] got down the stairs and opened the door. He also did not make a fuss -- God bless him. A heads up the night before that I was to get a delivery at 8.23 am would have been sensible.

As ever my order was received promptly having been filled correctly and parcelled well.
