Very happy customer

I had ordered my Samsung S10+ tablet online from another supplier but, while cheaper, they turned out to be unreliable and I eventually canceled that order. Gomibo was so easy to search and amazingly offered next day delivery fir only a small fee. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Gomibo. Highly recommend!

Issues logging into Mercer

Glad to report that Customer Services have been in contact again and this time the login problem was sorted with Samantha's help. Thank you.
My husband has just had a very frustrating experience trying to access his pension details on Mercer. He has all the correct log-in details, they've confirmed that they have his correct email address on file, but when he tries to reset his password (as he hasn't accessed his account in the last 90 days) no email is sent so he gets no link, which means he's locked out of his own pension account. Disgraceful. Trying another message to customer services... we'll see...

Lack of technical support! SORTED

Happy to say that, after a very successful visit from the lovely, helpful, knowledgeable Sharon, our issue was resolved and the video doorbell is working like new again. Thank you Sharon! Excellent service engineer.

Video doorbell disconnected from wifi before Christmas for no good reason. Tried following instructions to reset, didn't work. Rang nice guy in Tech Support who got us to go through the same procedure, still didn't work. Advised us to ring back and request a technical callout.
Did that after Christmas, figured they needed a break too, Customer Service couldn't find me in the system for some time, then got me to go through same routine, same result! Couldn't find a slot in the system for technician to call out so advised that supervisor would ring me back with time. They didn't!
Frustration mounting, I rang back earlier this week (one week after last call), went through the same comedy routine (except it's not funny!), to be told there are no slots available. Now, it's not that there are no slots available this week or even next week. No! It's literally that there are no slots available at all and I could get no indication as to when there might be. Incredible!! I'm about to break my contract with them now, and they can go hang if they think I'm going to pay an early exit penalty when I'm getting such unreasonable and unacceptable support. I'm VERY SURE (get it?) that I won't be recommending them to anyone!

Connected to Virgin Media customer support 36 minutes ago at which time the auto message told me the wait time was 10 minutes. Yep, you guessed it, still waiting... Time to go back to Sky!

Extremely bad customer service - avoid!

I've had a credit card with AvantCard (now AvantMoney) for quite a number of years. But having recently transferred my balance to a provider offering 0% interest for 15 months I then wrote to AvantCard to cancel my account/card with them, in compliance with the stated terms and conditions.
I then received a call from a customer services rep. wanting to speak to me about my letter. I refused to answer security questions as I didn't know this person from Adam so they asked if I would call back, which I attempted to do 3 times... and was kept on hold for so long each time I just had to hang up. Beware anyone needing to speak to someone in AvantMoney/AvantCard with a query, you have a better chance of winning the lottery!
I'm still no wiser as to whether or not my account has been closed as requested, time will tell. But from a customer service point of view I would recommend that you not touch them with a barge pole!

Completely unacceptable parcel delivery service!

Like others, I would give zero stars if it was an option. I posted a parcel from Waterford to Cork city centre last Wednesday via registered post (to ensure next day delivery) and I also paid for insurance (it cost me €21.50 in total). I guess Fr. Ted must have been asked to deliver it because it is nothing short of a joke!! I'm a patient person and I do completely understand that An Post are swamped with extra deliveries these days, but I'm now into day 5 of a 1-day delivery and all I'm told is that the package is in the office in Cork since last Thursday/Friday but NO idea whatsoever as to when it will make its way up the road to the delivery address. The tracking info. still shows it in Portlaoise mail centre, so it's anyone's guess as to where it is really. If I had realised the service was going to be this poor I would literally have driven to Cork with it to save the frustration! The petrol cost would have been the same as the postage. Avoid An Post parcel delivery at all costs if you have ANY other option!!

Buylili deserves a Zero Stars rating!

There should be a "no star" option as this company doesn't even deserve one star. Ordered an item over 2 months ago, they said it was being delivered 2 weeks ago but I still haven't received it and they won't answer my emails requesting a refund. My advice is DO NOT order from this company!
