Bought some new fans

Excellent Service,
Ordered some new fans for a system I was building, Fast Postage but was a little worried when I saw it was coming via DHL as previously I've only had bad experiences with DHL but this arrived on time and was well Packaged and as Described, Will Definitely be back to buy From Again when I need new or upgrade parts.

Worst of the worst

Used these last year and had to wait a month before I eventually got my parcel so stopped using them but thought I'd give them another go as thought they would have gotten better but how wrong was I
Awaiting a parcel which was stuck at delivery depot for 3 days with no updates so used help section to request help, only via an email system which is slow and unprofessional in my opinion, still awaiting a reply.
Checked parcel status today and parcel is now heading back in the opposite direction again with no updates or reason why.
Honestly believe inpost are the worst company ever in couriers and even make Hermes appear professional

Parcel loaded onto van and out for…

Parcel loaded onto van and out for delivery on 21st December, delivered on 30th December with no attempts being made in the 9 days it was with the driver.
When finally delivered was left out in the open and completely ignored the big black box with sign to say place parcels in box

Absolutely useless avoid at all costs

Absolutely useless avoid at all costs
Used this for several parcels on Vinted and all got stuck "arrived at sorting office" for weeks and still awaiting 1 which was dropped off at locker on 16/09/22 and arrived at sorting office on 18/09/22, today is the 10/10/22 and it's still at sorting office, absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait, which I no longer hold any hope of receiving.
Do yourself a favour and stay well away

Totally useless avoid at all costs

If your looking to send or receive a parcel/package and want it to get to your chosen destination then i would send it by carrier pigeon as that would have more of a chance of actually delivering it than it would using these cowboys. 3 times i have had an order placed with myhermes as the courier....
1st item was a car stereo that was "delivered" by dropping it over a 6ft gate
2nd item was delivered by by a gentleman 4 streets away from my home who stated it was delivered ti him by mistake after myherpes had argued with me that they had delivered it to correct address and i had informed them that was not the case
3rd item was supposed to be delivered today and was delivered to someone with an entirely different name and god only knows where in this country.

In future i will always contact the seller to ask who they use to deliver and if it is this useless (and that is a polite understatement) of an outfit i will shop elsewhere and refuse to use anyone that uses this joke of a delivery firm

Non delivery

had a delivery date for today so arranged the day off to wait for delivery as website stated all day on van for delivery but nothing arrived, NO reply to message on twitter and NO reply to text message to the mobile number given on their website, website chat stated ALL day it was unavailable so couldn't even get help that way. Thought royal mail was bad but Yodel really do take the prize for worst delivery company out there
