No problem with delivery. Polite delivery man. Everything ok

After a bit of a shaky start, (2 emails not responded to) I could not fault the speedy efficient replacement of the mini iPad case.

Notification of delivery waited in for parcel Ddiverdidnot come to property but parcel returned to depot.
2 cameras on front and back doors covering driveway so proof no one. Othered to turn up.

Plants dying - dried out completely must have been in transit for days.
Refuse to spend money telephone 0844 number to complain but will be wary of ordering again.

I appreciate the items purchased were end of season clearance items so not in A1 condition.but didn’t expect to receive in such poor condition.
The begonias looked and where a little battered but I have cleaned and tidied dead bits from plants and watered and are now just about ok.
The Verbena should never have been sent out in such a very poor state - sale item or not.
I will be very lucky to see any of these plants survive let alone flower even after nursing them since arrival.
