AWFUL COMPANY AND EXPERIENCE - AVOID

Spoke to Bristol Street Motors about a car I wanted to purchase and was told no dents no scratches etc and sent a video. Decided to travel to the Ford dealership in Bromley on the train which was around 120 miles away so imagine my shock when I got there to find the whole door and front wheel had been repaired badly then the manager almost seemed annoyed because I didnt want the car and cleared off into his office so left me standing there with no apology or anything and had to make my way back to the train station myself. Made a complaint once home and after lots of emails and phone calls did eventually get my train fare refunded but nothing for my wasted day off work and being made to feel worthless at their dealership so there complaints department were not much better as I guess they all stick together so my advice is not to buy from this company! people who I have spoken to about this are disgusted with how I was treated. ....To reply below im not sure if its a robot or a real person answering these but no one will do anything or go into depth as its already been done. Your just fobbing people off.. Just Received a letter from you stating this is an end to the matter and denying all responsibility!!! Just as I thought YOUR NOT INTERESTED!!

Avoid

Avoid. Should be zero. Expect you to pay to send a faulty broken plant back for the same price its worth. Wont let you speak to any one will never use these again plus the plants are cheaper and better quality elsewhere! DONT USE! tried doing their price match guarantee promise and there is even a catch to that so they get out of it. Never ever in my life have I ever known a company like this!

Would never buy anything from these…

Would never buy anything from these again. Sent me a faulty light which I had to struggle to the shop with to return as they wouldnt collect it then deducted the £5 off they gave me off the order because it wasn't over the amount specified on voucher. Was not my fault they sent a faulty light out and they ignore emails but reply to paypal when it suits them. If I had known I would have sent the whole order back as they could have given me that for all the inconvenience I had.

Bad experience with this company

Bad experience with this company. Sent me wrong rails twice and their customer services didnt seem to care and said I had to make do with odd rails, was even asked to cut the rail down myself because they had sent a made to measure rail the wrong size. After lots of emails and phone calls to the managing director they refunded half of the costs but no apology or anything. They certainly don't bend over backwards for their customers if there is a problem. Just called them to see if they would send me a couple of parts and explained what happened so I could change the rails myself and all I got was we don't sell parts. Will buy from elsewhere in future where nothing is too much trouble for their customers.
