No problems at all.great price for part…

No problems at all.great price for part ex. No problems with new car. Delivery on time and handover excellent. Was slightly nervous at first but this was unfounded.

All worked very smoothly

All worked very smoothly. First time I have bought a car like this so was a bit apprehensive. Process very straightforward. Hand over and communication excellent. Would use again.

Degreaser seems to be working but…

Degreaser seems to be working but needing several applications. Also the re coloring balm seems to work but soon wears off again. I have followed instructions on video. Also seems to wipe off with protection cream.

Used card at pay at pump in America to…

Used card at pay at pump in America to find amounts of around £30 deducted for each transaction above that charged for fuel despite a much lower amount ie 82p showing on app. By end of 2weeks over £250 was missing. This has gradually been refunded by retailers but has taken 31 days. FAQs does mention preauthorisation but say will be returned withing minutes or hours not 31days. These amounts cannot be seen anywhere on app or statement,when asked about them I was told they were in limbo!

It can take longer as we're waiting for the merchant to release the pending funds on their end.
When you click into the payment it will show it is pending however it won't appear on the statement as the funds technically haven't left the account.
