Untrusted trader, waste of time and money

Delivered a wheel which was not true and suggested it was damaged after delivery. Refused to take a look at the wheel or engage further. So took my money but took no responsibility for the poor quality of the product.
This is an edit - since I posted this review the business owner sent me a petty, immature and abusive email, which evidences where his priorities lie, rather than engaging with customers to resolve issues constructively.

You had the wheels for 11 months, sorry we just can’t accept a return.


Update. I called you a child because that’s how you were acting.

Bottom line you can’t have a product for nearly a year and come back to us sorry. We always try our best to resolve issues but there’s nothing that can be done because of the time frame. This was explained yesterday 👍

No issues at border control

Efficient service for rapid lateral flow test, arrived by post in 36 hours. Certificates emailed to us well within 12 hours of testing. Everything worked well and we passed through border control with no issues, to our Christmas destination. Will probably use again for our PCR test on our return. My only issue is the cost of these tests. You'd think they would at least offer a discount for a family of four. Hence 4 stars rather than 5.

Almost as good as a bespoke tailored shirt.

I used to have all my work shirts tailored bespoke to fit me but when I changed jobs, that was not longer affordable. With TM Lewin, once I had measured myself, done an order and found the size/fit to suit me (a bit of a faff) returning sizes that don't work for me, I have found this to be a very good hassle-free service. With one single exception I have found all the shirts purchased of very good quality and excellent fit. So due to that one rogue shirt, I give 4 stars, otherwise it would have been a 5. Recommended.

Rude, time wasting and incompetent

I received an email and text from Toolstation to visit a store - Farnham Surrey - for click and collect, regarding an item I had purchased. When I arrived the item was not there! When I asked why had my time and petrol had been wasted, the staff couldn't have cared less. No apology, no offer of a voucher for the inconvenience. Their attitude was as if I was in the wrong. The staff then proceeded to blame the store manager for the mistake. So fault admitted with no remedial follow up. Toolstation, your Farnham branch staff have let the side down.

Great for my business and personal banking needs

I have set up a new personal account and from there a company account. In both cases I have been impressed with how easy and efficient the processing has been. The app is simple to use, all operations so far have been frictionless and reliable. I have recommended Starling to family and friends alike, as well as a business contact, who is making the switch too. Such a refreshing change, particularly following a debacle with Barclays Business banking.
