Underwhelming dont fall for hipe

Bought 3 different Grind Pod boxes.
Pretty underwhelming, nothing special about these, infact 3 of us said Aldi’s own brand 7 were still the better pod.

Nice Event

Nice event without the usual pressure sales, free to wander. Although the van of our dreams wasnt seen here, we did both spend money in the very well equipped shop.
The complimentary Pizza, was lovely and a free drink was a really nice touch.
Well done to all the staff they were all lovely in both sales, shop and cafe. All working their socks off being very busy.

Food quality appauling

Food quality appauling, even the 'Up' Market branded Brasserie was poor quality.
Cabin aircon VERY noisy and Matteress worn out and very uncomfortable.
Cleanliness poor, blood stain on pillow cases and questionable stains up the walls

Non Original Windscreen fitted

Non Original Windscreen fitted, in place of Genuine. Causing major glaring and night driving problems. Heated windscreen elements, far too pronounced in the 'Copy' windscreen they fitted. Was NOT made aware that i wasnt receiving like for like. Still awaiting solution.

Did not get the brand id ordered

I asked ordered and paid for a ‘Wahler’ branded EGR valve as pictured on the site, only to receive a Borg Warner branded product. It’s impossible to contact a human at the company and has put me off using them again

Chocolate on Turkish delight tastes…

Chocolate on Turkish delight tastes cheap and the chocolate had a white bloom to it.
Fairly quick postage however they really need to rethink how products are posted, two big boxes for items which would easily have gone in one of those boxes with plenty space for bubble wrapping.

Paid out very quick, after assessment

Paid out very quick after accessor had been out, cant fault them.
One point to note however , in the event of a flood claim like mine you have to be 'tech savvy' as all communication is done 'Online' through an Online Portal messaging system and you have to be able to upload documents etc, fine for younger generation however some older may struggle with this

The problem i have is you can only withdraw your balance onto vouchers, which have a minimum value of £5 in most cases, i now have a £3 balance left which i cant withdraw, or voucher and you can no longer add money to make it upto a £5

Fairly good, could be better

Fairly good, only problem was that the store was in an internet blackspot so i couldnt get online to say ive arrived at the store as you have too, prior to collecting the goods.
A code should be given and just give that when arriving at the store, this would be so much better
