A novel arrived in a German translation of the original English. When I objected I was told to discard it and the purchase price would be refunded which it was - full marks.
Two items out of an order of 10 hadn't arrived after ten days - not good - but when I questioned this I was told to be patient and they duly arrived. Was this originally a system failure? Perhaps - never mind, they came so I'm happy.
