Nightmare to deal !!!
I have to say nightmare to deal !!!! I wish to give “0” stars !!! I change my payment date by 6 days I was insured by staff I will be charged for this 6 days no problem for me but when I got my bill and it was double I could believe. I try to contact support for more than 8 hours in total crazy they transfer me to other team members ect but no one could explain and resolve billing issue 🤬. I’m frustrated about this €140 euro for just plain broadband it’s crazy !!! Staff in help centre incredibly bad service no idea what they do read info like a robots 🤪. No idea what they do. That’s not the way to deal with regular customer I never see something like that. I was promised they will contact me many times no one call or email 😤. For sure this is case for consumers court as they broke the contract by double charging me. Again crazy. When it’s works is ok but try to deal with them NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
