Last minute order and delivered on time and recipient very happy with bouquet

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife’s birthday to be delivered to her workplace. I choose the Shades of Autumn selection as it looked like a very good bouquet and appeared good value for money. It also included chocolates, which appeared from the picture on the website to be a full box of Lindor. What actually turned up put flowers bought on a garage forecourt to shame. Even if I’d spent three times as much on the bouquet the number of stems wouldn’t have come near what is shown in the picture on the website. What is shown on the website bears no resemblance to what my wife received, she also only got three chocolates, so I feel the website misrepresents the quality of the product being sold. The only reason they got any stars was due to the fact the delivery was made on time and the timings were well communicated. This was probably more down to the courier company than eflorist

I’d forgotten about sending my wife flowers on her birthday so needed to sort a same day delivery. The companies I normally use couldn’t do this so I googled same day delivery. Eflorist were top of the list and they had a good selection of flowers on offer. I had to pay a premium for deliver on the day but it was well worth it given the fact they delivered on time and the bouquet was lovely.

My order arrived in good time and was as expected. My son loved his new kit and was showing it off to all his friends. Made him want to get out and play rugby in the garden.

Poor website, hard to communicate directly with and take what they want in monthly direct debits without giving me a choice.

We have just booked our third holiday through IR and have been very happy with the service that we have received everytime we have used them. We have dealt with Gary and this helps in providing a personnel service. IR have always looked to meet our requirements and we expect to use them in future years.

I contacted interactive, as I did a number of other ski holiday providers, to find a suitable chalet and ski package for mine and another family. I had felt we were going around in circles a bit with other tour operators but when I spoke to Gary Cowen at Interactive he made sure he knew exactly what we were looking for and what we had already seen before looking at the whole market in the resorts we were researching. He came back with a number of viable options to include full or just accommodation packages. He came in with the best price we had seen for a number of chalets we had looked at and once we pushed the button to confirm our preferred option this was dealt with very efficiently. Happy to recommend Gary and interactive to others.

We had a great time in Tignes and the staff we encountered from Ski World were very helpful and friendly. The chalet was ideal for what we needed and the food was excellent.

The phone was delivered on time and as expected so very happy with the service provided and the phone that arrived.
