Absolute cowboys; avoid, avoid, avoid.
Absolute cowboys. Avoid at all costs. Look up the directors and note their names cause they go under and then reopen under a new name to repeat the same trick on others. Refused to hand back a deposit for cancelled ski trip then they just disappeared.

Similar story to many here - awaiting a refund but they don’t respond, won’t answer calls or respond to emails. DO NOT BOOK with these con artists. Having to resort to legal action against them.
No refund. Complete scam.
Interactive resorts have ignored all emails and calls and refused to refund us total amount for a ski holiday in March 2020 they still owe us £1800.
Very poor performance.
My Ski holiday in March 2020 was cancelled. Interactive Resorts simply told me that the tour operator were refusing to pay refunds and then they disappeared. I couldn't get in touch with them and phone calls and emails went unanswered.
The Ski Operator was VIP Ski who eventually in June and then September made staged repayments directly to me. Reading some of the other reviews I guess VIP SKI knew that Interactive were not passing on refunds to clients and so by-passed them and dealt directly.
Unfortunately VIP SKI then went out of business still owing me nearly £4,000.
Interactive Resorts have let themselves down badly by quitting the field when their customers needed them. I had four holidays with them but I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole now.
Unprofessional and Evasive Company. Beware.
Totally unprofessional and continues to lie regarding the refund of monies owed for over a year.
I understand the issues the travel industry have and refrained from a refund with the hope of rebooking but this has not been possible.
The company continues to lie regarding dates and timing for the refund of the total holiday cost.
It is a shame I cannot give lower than one star.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. Never give your money to this company. They are now breaking the law as they have not refunded me the money for a cancelled holiday that was due back to me in JAN 2021. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Horrendous experience with this company. Avoid at all costs. I get the challenging times but zero comms and unprofessional behaviour. All the negative reviews below are exactly the experience I have had. I very much doubt the credibility of the positive ones. They have kept 20% of our total fee for a 10 person ski trip booking from last March. Luckily after endless calls and emails we managed to get some money back from the operator they passed our booking onto (this was no easy feat). They didn’t care that we booked through them and it should be their responsibility. If they are still around in the future I will never book with them again which is a shame as how companies manage these situations can either foster loyalty or drive customers away forever. Unfortunately for interactive their response has resulted in the latter.

Total scum and clearly currently trying to generate some positive feedback which all suspiciously sound a bit samey..
WE finally got £7K of our £8K back direct from Club Med this week but they confirmed they were unable to pay back the final £1K as this had been retained by Interactive as their commission. Contacted the hapless Will at Interactive whose response was laughable. In brief this bunch are fine when things are going well - but come the acid test of Covid they have behaved like thieves: retained money, closed down almost all communication, and simply hide. I hope all some of the children or parents of the owners/employees read these recent reviews and realise how ashamed of them they should be.

No refund, no comms
Still waiting for £13k refund from an April 2020 holiday. They did tell me they would refund before 31st December 2020 but this was a lie and they did not provide a refund. No communication, phone line not manned. Awful. Don’t use, you’re at risk of losing your money
£5300 paid for April ski trip
£5300 paid for April ski trip. Cancelled by Interactive, who have since virtually disappeared off the face of the planet. Tour operator (club med) told me that they returned £4800 of the £5300 in Oct, but Interactive are sitting on it and have made no attempt to contact or repay. Anyone who is interested in getting together to bring a group class action against this company please comment and I will organise.

No refund or assistance with cancelled holiday. The trip was cancelled by interactive resorts prior to Covid restrictions being put in place, with no alternative or refund offered.
Had to claim refund via credit card company.
Dishonest and unscrupulous
Dishonest and unscrupulous. We booked through them and our holiday was cancelled due to Covid. They refused to refund us but I eventually managed to get my money back via my credit card provider. Interactive then appealed this on the basis that they were only agents and that I should look to the tour operator provider for the refund. This was despite us having evidence from the tour operator that they had provided Interactive with a full refund. They are sitting on our money and friends on the same trip still can’t get their money back. This company can’t be trusted.
Shocking experience
Shocking experience. I think I've been slightly luckier than some in being able to get a part refund but they have still withheld monies. Extremely poor response and again like others they just don't contact you. So so disappointed
Do not use this company- untrustworthy and poor customer service
My March ski holiday was cancelled due to Covid-19. Over six months later, I have had next to no contact from Interactive Resorts. They have had my booking monies refunded by the travel operator and two weeks later they still have not refunded my money. Any emails to their customer service email remain unanswered, their telephone line is closed and the only number you can call gets through to Charlie who advises he will get accounts to call back. They never call back!
I have had to escalate this to the trusted travel association but still no answer.
Other party members booked with I-ski who have communicated with their customers and have chased the tour operator. This has not been my experience. Despite the pressures of Covid-19, there is no excuse to hold on to customers money and completely ignore customer communication.
