I ordered on a Thursday, standard delivery, and my ink cartridges arrived on the Saturday morning. No hassle and no mistakes, so the service could not be improved upon. Well recommended.

Well done ParcelHero and UPS

A first class service. The website was very easy to use, offering the user a vast number of carrier options to choose from and tailor their requirements accordingly. I sent a 9kg parcel with UPS from an offshore island to the mainland UK for less than £10, with it arriving at the destination the day after collection from the pick-up point. I'd definitely recommend the company.

My Experience of Toolstation

Toolstation tends to be my 'go to' in preference to other suppliers. I've always found prices to be competitive, deliveries prompt and click and collect items to be ready for collection within minutes of placing the order.

I've been with OtM since November 2017 and never once had a problem or reason to complain, hence the 5 stars. What's more to say, other than I have no plans to change supplier in the foreseeable future?

Mine was courier collected from the seller and all went smoothly. It was a competitive price with a very quick turnaround and delivered on a saturday (I fully expected to wait until monday for delivery). I was very pleased with the service provided.

Room for improvement

No harm done for me, but the email reminder system is not yet reliable. Reminders have failed to arrive, making it a last minute order after realising the omission. Hopefully, this problem will soon be resolved, at which time five stars will be appropriate.

We have been listening to our customers and are always happy to take feedback on board.

There was a technical issue we have been facing whereby reminders have been missed and not sent to the patient to remind them to place an order but this has now been resolved.

The system now automatically generates reminders a full week before medication is due, whereby before it was being processed manually.

As this new automation has been brought in you will see your reminders are sent to you a week before prompting you to place your next prescription order.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you on this occasion.
