Email hell

I have pressed "unsubscribe" daily fir about 15 days yet still the never ending emails come. Its a tsunami of offers, but it's annoying me so much that my desire to unsubscribe is so blatantly ignored I will never use them.

Scam

Scam - paid, expected some response after thry have withdrawn the £ but 3 days later nothing. Its made me feel this is a scam. I am going to report it as fraud to my bank.

Scam

Update: This scam company have responded. They have not justified why:
1: The unsubscribe/cancel account does not work when you log in to your account. You click it and nothing happens. Consequently I have been paying for nearly a year.
2: When you email their "support" they reply saying they cannot find your account. So, you give them the actual log in you use (the one with the link to unsubscribe)..they still say they cannot find it. We have been back and forward for months this way.

I am actually going out to Cyprus shortly, so I am looking forward to visiting a police station to register it.

Scam: Same as all the other users. I went to their site with my login details, clicked cancel but it takes you no where. Contactef "support" who say they have no record of me dedpite me giving them the exact email and password I use to log in.

So, the only responce contact HSBC and advise it is fraud which I have done. Block payments and accept I may not get £290 back. I will also be contacting the cypriot authorities.

Not next day, I placed an order on Monday, then got an email saying it would be here Thursday. I asked the customer service why it's called "Next Day Catering" and she told me it is 1-3 days, nothing guarenteed.

Warning

Have had my machine since 13th August (its now 11 Oct) for a service. Had similar problem to others with company ignoring emails and following several times chasing have requested it to be sent back to me. They comment below that I could have called, used social media. I did, no answer, I sent two tickets on their online account, no response.

Feel like driving up there and picking it up. So angry by lack of communication and now unsure if it's been stolen and if this company is genuine. Who knows?

You'll understand, I have sent it to an company advertising online. I don't know them personally and they are not local to me. Now there is zero communication and we are 3 months into it. The exact dates are August 13th - October 11th (and it's not back yet).

You'll see their response below (finally after posting on Trustpilot), make your own judgement. The machine was sent to them on 13 August and at that point there was "no hurry" as I was away until the 3 Sept". It's now 11 October..they've had it nearly 3 months, any communication has been from me chasing them. There is onus on them to have better communication and if you read the other negative reviews on Trust Pilot you'll see that this is more than a one off.

The rest of it is irrelevant to me, all I wanted was a working machine. I have no machine and poor communication from a company based miles away (until they have to defend their reputation).

Would not recommend if you live in a world with modern technology where it takes but a moment to keep people updated.

Their comments about their negative reviews speak for themselves, they have people saying they waited for 6 weeks, or had no communication.

Lastly they commented that I made a similar review in 2015 for a bad experience with an Iphone repair, and if you read that companies reviews again you can judge for yourself. You'd think I would have learnt my lesson about sending technology away..equally in the interests of fairness I have given 5* reviews too. If I were a serial bad reviewer I think I'd have posted more than one negative review in the last 6 years and trying to deflect my experience with this company on to that isn't going to work. It's been a poor experience, had they communicated better I wouldn't be here writing this.

Hello Sarah,

After checking the notes on your repair and conferring with our technical manager you requested a repair on your embroidery unit. When you sent the machine you included a note which stated you were away until 3rd September and there "was no hurry". You were advised shortly after the machine arrived the stepper motor for the embroidery unit was the issue and it would have to be specifically ordered in which you agreed to and before going ahead with ordering it with our supplier, we advised you this item would take some time to arrive. You agreed to the repair on this basis. We gave you no timescales or estimates as we did not have one. You then requested for your machine to be returned however components had to be put back together before the unit could be returned as the machine had been stripped ready to install the stepping motor. One other issue that has held up the return is the fact that the item arrived with us without adequate packing. Despite agreeing to specific terms and conditions about packing and being sent a follow up message confirming the importance of packing the machine arrived wrapped in a blanket in a box without any packaging and the embroidery unit arrived in its plastic carry case. We have had to wait for appropriate packing to get the machine back to you.

We can of course return the item to you this is not a problem but to claim you are unsure if the item has been stolen or if we are a genuine company is both false and inflammatory. We of course never want our customers to feel they have had a bad experience, but we have kept you as up to date as possible and will arrange for the item to be returned to you within 48 hours. Once despatched you will be notified.

*Following your reply, I feel it important to point out that we have had the machine approaching 2 months rather than 3 again for the specific reason we are waiting for a part we gave you no timescale on. I think you are absolutely right our reviews on repairs speak for themselves as they are universally positive. Also, the rest of our points are far from irrelevant. It is completely relevant to a situation once it is explained fully and where someone is effectively accusing a company of theft on a public forum.

If you did not receive a reply to email messages, we apologise for that, but we have phone lines, an online help desk, social media. There are various ways to reach out to us if you did not get a response.

After checking your Trustpilot reviews it would appear you made a similar claim against another company in 2015 who also pointed out how such language is unacceptable. Being unhappy with a company's service is one thing to accuse a company of theft and not being genuine is quite another.

Poor

If I could rate this 0 I would. If you call them to enquire why your IPAD which you'd been originally told would be returned in 5 days, is still with them after 3 weeks then you get an automated message telling you to check your emails which they do send, but tell you nothing of interest.

Poor service - lack of communication - could be a good company if they got rid of the automated approach. At the moment it feels like they have stolen my IPAD and I'm not likely to get it back.

We would like to inform you that we do not offer a guarranteed deadline for repairs except for express repair orders which is an additional fee that you did not pay for so you would not have received that service.

If you required the device to be returned quickly then this option should have been chosen. Not at any point on our website do we guarrantee a turn around for a repair and we definitely do not promote a 5 day turn around as you suggest.

Accusations that we have stolen your property are outrageous and if you was at any doubt what so ever then we would happily of had returned your device unrepaired and provided a refund for you but you did not request this through out the whole process. You had failed to mention in your review but your order was completed in 12 working days which is acceptable.
