Very disappointing service. Ordered cat food. They sent the incorrect item. I called customer services and they managed to arrange for it to be collected the next day yet I am still waiting a week and a half later to receive the correct order. The tracking notifications from DX are hopeless. I've bought the food elsewhere now and won't ever trust VioVet with this again.

The eggshell white 05 paint was exactly the same shade as the tester. It's lovely thick paint and it goes on really well. I've painted a lot though and I'm just not convinced it's any better than Dulux or Valspar which are half the price. That said, I'm delighted with my room, the colour is gorgeous.

First experience of Sofology and really impressed. Much nicer store and experience than the other high street options and no silly fake discounts. Found our perfect sofa at a very competitive price. Love that there are so many fabric, configuration and accessory options. Safi was excellent - friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Switched to JJK Fuel weekly meal plans after a few years using a meal box delivery service and finding I just didn't have time for all the prep and cooking. So happy I did! If you have a busy lifestyle and want quick, hassle free meals that are delicious and healthy, it's perfect. Really impressed.

Still in shock and annoyed that I was charged £4.95 to return a pair of boots just because they were a sale item! Cost me £10 for delivery and return. That's just an awful rip off of an online experience and I won't be buying anything else again on the basis of this.

They were completely transparent about the issues they were facing getting stock into the country and sent regular emails that thoroughly and explained the status of my order. This is my 2nd lockdown order and I've experienced the same fantastic customer service each time. I have no hesitation in recommending them, they're really genuine. My hex DBs are great quality too, very happy with them.

Ordered 2 pairs of tan Nanette boots as they went on 20% discount on ASOS the day after I ordered the first pair. On one pair, the left insole was badly fitted and it felt like there was a lump under my heel. I tried the other left boot and the sizing was completely off - despite being exactly the same size it felt half a size smaller and hurt. On that boot also, the leather on the tongue was unfinished with rough, tatty leather bits hanging off. I returned both pairs. If I wanted quality issues like that I'd buy cheap high street boots. This was a long-considered investment purchase. They've obviously become so popular that they are rushing product out to meet high demand and no longer care about the quality - as demonstrated by 2 pairs both having issues. Disgraceful considering the price.

Happy with purchase experience

I've always avoided cooking because I can't be bothered finding recipes and hunting down ingredients. This makes it so easy! Second week in and all the meals have been tasty and delicious. The ingredients really are fresh and fabulous quality. Knowing your plate is nutritionally balanced and healthy is really important to me. And best of all is I'm gluten free, and it's like a miracle being able to eat everything!

No complaints. Easy checkout with klarna, quick free standard delivery. Great product when it arrived.

I have the unlimited deliveries. The order confirmation did confirm next day delivery but it didn't turn up until the day after that. Wouldn't have been too happy if I'd really needed it the next day!
