Searching,selecting and ordering was very easy. I have never used Amazon Pay but its a winner and big time saver!

The web site was easy to use and shipping to the United States was a breeze. The order arrived in 7-10 days which is fine if you are not in a rush. And really who really needs most things in 1-2 days - we have all been spoiled. Why did I order from the U.K. and ship to the U.S.? With exchange rates where they are today I saved a bunch of money versus ordering locally or on Amazon for example. As a bonus, customer support responded to a question I had in 2-3 days.

Beautiful piece. First class components. So why only 3 stars? First, the clasp can easily slip off. There is no safety mechanism or positive closure. Second I have been advised by customer service that the piece is not to be worn in the water (shower or swimming). This sort of defeats the purpose in terms of daily or even vacation wear. Then again, given the clasp issue it would likely not make it back from the pool or ocean anyway!
