Ordered on Monday evening, package arrived mid morning Wednesday.
I am very impressed with the speed of delivery, and their prices are significantly lower than other online retailers.

Definitely recommend this store

Great place to buy a car

Just bought a great car from Listers in Coventry.
The whole experience from booking the test drive onwards was pleasant and easy.
Simon looked after us well, guided us through the myriad of options and was happy to repeat things we didn't understand.

Couldn't have had a better buying experience.

After a few days Simon contacted me to check how things were going and if we needed any help with the car.

Even though I live 2 hours drive away I would happily use Listers again

I should have read these reviews first.

They lost my return parcel to trespass and closed the call saying I had to take it up with trespass.

Still don't understand why it is trespass' problem when they lost the parcel

Skoda Guildford

Bought a 3 year old octavia from Skoda Guildford.

Was told it had been prepped and MOT'd for me.

Went to it and no tyre repair kit (apparently you don't get spare wheels anymore). Sales guy went and got one.

When I pointed out the front number plate had a big crack in it he sorted a replacement for me, but made it seem like he was doing me a great favour.

One of the vanity mirrors inside was smashed, couldn't be bothered to point that out.

Pointed out a lot of ends in the paintwork, so they organised their body fixer to come to my house and fix em. When he got here he said he had done a lot of fixes on this car last week and had pointed these out to Lookers. Apparently Lookers said let's see if the buyer notices .... very professional.

As a final aside I went online to check the MOT and found it had 2 advisories where the tyre tread was low. Had they replaced these tyres or warned me ? You must be joking !

All in all I have no faith in that garage.

Very good service, quality product at cheap price.

I was dubious about this company because the software is so cheap, but having read so many positive reviews on here I gave them a go.

I chose to do a bank transfer of the money to get 20% off, making it incredibly cheap.

I had trouble installing office, which I believe is down to preinstalled software on the laptop. Khurram was very helpful and got me working pretty quickly.

Very happy to recommend this company.

Good products and installers, lousy admin

Paid my deposit, was contacted by millions of people from different Zenith offices - all giving me different times for the work to start and how long it would take, Timings varied from "a few hours" to over 1.5 days - doesn't inspire confidence !

When I called to chase I was told someone would return my call - 3 times no one even bothered to call me back

The promised holiday never materialised, I called to chase - guess what, "someone will call you back" .... well 2 weeks later and the only call I have had from that office (Staines) was to try and sell me something else. When I asked about the holiday from the work I had had done they ignored that and continued telling me how wonderful they were and what other work did I need doing ?
