Great service and good communication

Everything was easy from start to actually booking.
The process went really well and all correspondence was dealt with very quickly.
Would definitely recommend them.

When my boiler stopped pairing with the thermostat, Joseph from technical support could not have been any more helpful.
He promptly replied to any of my emails and was always very helpful.
Through a process of elimination he was able to diagnose the fault and told me which piece of equipment I needed to replace.
Everything is back working now and I did not need to call out a heating engineer so he saved me a small fortune!
Would not hesitate to recommend the technical department and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

We had a delivery of a large American style fridge freezer.
Martin and Dave were very professional. As promised, they telephoned 30 minutes before they were due to advise they were on their way.
The whole delivery was carried out very well, especially considering how awkward the item was.
Both men were very helpful, polite and friendly and I would highly recommend this company.

Only 4 stars due to the confusion over delivery.
Ordered for the Saturday before Christmas but the pack arrived on the Thursday. Had to stay late at my place of work until if arrived which was a bit inconvenient. Thus also made the use by dates a bit shorter

Was very impressed with the pack of various meats. Everything we have tried so far has been lovely. The rest I have frozen on the day it arrived and it will keep us going for some time!
