Thankfully, we have only had to make one very minor claim under our Policy with Free Spirit Travel Insurance ('FSTI') over some years as Policy Holders. There was absolutely no problem in that matter. Having regard to our respective ages and medical condition, the cover provided by FSTI is excellent, and we feel secure in keeping up our travelling for as long as possible!

We chose FSTI having studied the Travel Insurance market. Our ages and medical history dictated our choice of FSTI to a major extent, but apart from that subjective choice, we think the Policy terms and conditions are fair and reasonable for the premium paid. Thankfully to date, we have only had to make a minor claim, but on that occasions FSTI were extremely efficient, prompt and caring in their settlement of the matter.

who had said shelf. Ordered, arrived promptly - excellent service!

The terms and conditions of the FSTI Policy are suited
to our requirements - both 70+ and my wife with medical
history viz: hip surgery.
Thankfully, we have not had to make any claims to date,
so I cannot comment in that respect. Certainly setting up
and implementing the Policy has been very straightforward
and the on line and telephone service excellent.
