Sorry you felt the necessity to leave 1 star feedback when you never made contact with us to let us kinow there was an issue. The issue you did point out when we received the goods back with us could have quite easily been remedied with a spot of glue which would have resulted (if you wanted to keep the shoes) with a further discount which considering the shoes were valued at a genuine RRP of £59.99 which were bought at the extra special price of £17.99 with FREE DELIVERY could have been even cheaper. All we ask is that if customers have an issue with an item lets us know before you leave feedback then hopefully you can see how honest, genuine and up front we are in trying to resolve any issues. Sincere apologies that your order did not go as expected

The staff at care parks were extremely helpful after we’d left a mobile phone in the car after we’d parked up, they let us use the courtesy bus back to the car park to collect the phone at no extra cost

Membership

I explained why I wanted to cancel my membership and Anthony informed me there was a credit on my account and that if I wanted I could use it on my next delivery, I declined the offer and Anthony thanked me for my custom and cancelled my membership in a very professional and efficient way.

Poor customer services

Sold me a watch that’s never worked and won’t give me a refund which they originally offered me poor customer services, Mathew from Ideal World informed someone would contact me this was on the 09/01/2023 still not heard anything. I’ve been in contact with customer services over 40 times but they’ve just ignored my last email, been going on now for 10 months would just like the watch to be repaired/replaced or a refund was offered a refund last July then told that Ideal World Shopping Direct had gone into administration in February pity they didn’t inform me until August after they’d offered a refund, hope by posting this I’ll get a call from them which resolves the issue to my satisfaction

Still awaiting response

I ordered the wrong parts & contacted buy spares to see if I could exchange the goods for the correct parts, I was advised that I could return the goods & get a refund the advisor couldn't give me the correct part numbers I required but if I filled the form in online giving them the serial number & model someone would get back to me within 48 hours, 2 weeks later I haven't had a response
