I have ordered several things from this store but they are very slow at despatching the orders .Everytime I have to chase them via email .I have tried phoning but they never answer.Why when most other companies send your order straight away after payment does this company fail to send anything for weeks .

Perry's MG Aylesbury.
Excellent handover from Jordan for my new MG 4 .He spent a lot of time explaining everything about the car with me.Connected my MG app and set up the sat nav .We encountered a problem with connecting my phone via Bluetooth but maybe it's a problem with my phone .
Overall very happy customer and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Not a lot of contact from salesman and…

Not a lot of contact from salesman and wish I had read the small print first .Taking a £500 non refundable deposit really traps you in to waiting months for the car to arrive . Estimated arrival comes and then they add another month when you ask where it is.In the meantime the value of your PX has taken a large hit meaning you are badly out of pocket .

Long wait in the rain for 3 different…

Long wait in the rain for 3 different technicians to come to recover my car.
Company unaware that it was an electric vehicle .Sent an unsuitable vehicle out as the tyre was off its rim .So the car could not be dragged onto the vehicle without damaging the wheel.Avoid Green flag if you have a tyre problem .Call a 24 hour tyre company

Good Gym but Expensive

The Gym is clean and well equipped.Unfortunatly it's location is expensive to park so with the parking and gym membership it's costing me £58 a month for 4 visits a week .

Not so good anymore

Initially I was very impressed with this company .But now the tech support has got a lot worse .No availability on the phone no reply to emails .When eventually I did get to speak to someone the solution failed.After being asked to carry out tasks and send an email to tell them I had completed them, they failed to ring me back .They eventually called me back three days later .They have got so big I think they can longer cope with customer demand . Unfortunately I have a Zappai and Eddi which both are great as long as they keep working .

HMCA medical cover

I received a leaflet about HMCA but had no medical insurance .I considered another provider but after talking to both I went with HMCA as they answered all my questions .Then gave me a good price for cover .I have yet to use the cover but hopefully it will be as easy as setting up.

Rip off merchants

I returned a poor quality fitness watch as it wasn't as advertised.They sent me the return address in Scotland .It was sent recorded mail signed for at an expensive cost to me. Did they refund me ? No despite several emails and their phone number is out of use.I am out of pocket and wish I had just kept the thing .Don't bother returning anything as you won't get your money back.This company shouldn't be allowed to operate .

This company accrued £300 of my money by upping my direct debits to double my original payment.I rang to complain when this first happened but they told me it was based on my usage.Obviously they got thier figures wrong.
