Overall a positive experience

Overall a positive experience, the Instructors are really good and down to earth Mark and Mick were my instructors and I cannot say a bad about them. I had lots of fun and learning experience from them. So yes would recommend highly and the Manager Pete at the Sittingbourne office is very approachable and a good source to information.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, the process was easy ordered, gave a delivery date on the same day, Mattress arrived on time.

The delivery drivers were fantastic thanks Albert and co-worker you were brilliant!

overall bad service

I bought a laptop which is fantastic, but started making serious fan noises getting really hot, and graphics card kept on failing, I knew what the issue was could of fixed it myself, but I paid for the cover to fix it, so first I took it to the store I bought it from they tested it and said it was ok, but they could send it off but after these reviews I was in two minds to do so, so I kept with it for a few more weeks before it got unbearable so got it sent of to there 'MAGIC' team to which was repaired very quickly and will be delivered on the sat 5th sept which was great, but after 2 phone calls to find what time roughly it was being delivered they couldn't say due to there system being down pmsl your computer specialists aren't you ..... yeah leave that debate for later, but as for delivery I was told you deliver till 8pm so ok no worries but 8pm turned up and no computer, I would say I'm suprised being the first time I used this service, but I am not after reading 90% negative reviews, well that shouldn't happen should it, but the very worst was no phone call or nothing you really are appalling, oh please if anyone says I'm so sorry to hear that, I shall not be held accountable to what I will do, as you have provoked me into action.
