The quality of the dungarees ordered was very poor. They nowhere near fitted. They were unwearable. I was offered, after some haggling, a 30% refund. I find this post-sales service appalling. Why do they not have a return address in the UK? I will not be buying anything else from this company. I would advise all potential shoppers to do the same.

I still feel that, as I use my mobile so little, GiffGaff should have another tariff to suit.

When we sat down to record the details of our purchase we were almost harassed to buy the five-year insurance, which you called a 'service' and buy a delivery date to suit us, the first available being the following week. if we had taken these it would have added the best part of £100 on to our purchase of £450. Within half an hour of leaving the shop we had a phone call to arrange for delivery - the same date as it would have cost us £45 just moments earlier. The delivery men were not very happy that the packaging had to be taken off to get the desk through the two doors to the room where I wanted it. Overall, quite disappointing.
