I did loads of quotes with Boxt and spoke with a couple of engineers to make sure I ordered the correct boiler for our home. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and honest.
Really easy to place my order and the uploading of photos to accompany my order was really easy using the app. My new boiler arrived at 7:30am on the morning of installation, just as my confirmation email had promised and the engineer was here by 8am. He was fab and got on with the job, tidied up after himself and enjoyed several cups of tea! Once ip and running the engineer showed me the boiler controls and the piping work, explaining everything I needed to know.
I couldn't have asked for a better service! Highly recommended!

Excellent! We would never of thought that we would buy a car online without ever of seeing it in person, but we're so glad we did! From checking out online to the handover of the car, the whole process was seemless and well organised. We were kept informed every step of the way and Cinch provided us with all the information we needed to tax and insure our new car before it arrived. Absolutely Awful!!

I'm in Cheshire, my delivery ended up in Bristol depot, sat there for 1 week and then ended up at Northampton depot!

Both evenings before my expected deliveries i had a text to confirm my time slot, then on both occasions, on the morning of the delivery the dreaded text and email...."We're sorry your order has not reached your depot in time for delivery...blah, blah, blah"!!

Will my delivery ever arrive? What state will it be in if/when it does? Will it have its own passport, stamped with the seven wonders if the world? Will someone in a remote Pacific Island come home and find a brand new Induction Hob addressed to me sat on their doorstep? Who knows!

One thing I do know though....DONT USE PANTHER LOGISTICS!!
