We bought the Premium Squirrel Proof Feeders in a attempt to save the bird food for the small birds, not the paraquets and the squirrels.
It turns out these are Premium Squirrel Feeders. The squirrels love them. They hang on the sides and put their front legs in and scoop out the nuts or seeds. After much communication trying to get a refund and return the goods I was told adolescent squirrels would be able to reach in and possibly larger birds too. Not great customer service. Not great products. AVOID

Review of APC Overnight
The driver knocked the door, put the package down and walked away. As I opened the door he didn’t turn and acknowledge me. Just kept walking away. I think the drivers must wait just to see if the occupier is in and at least acknowledge when the occupier comes to the door. Too many doorstep thefts.

Superworm
Dear Kew. How underwhelming
Firstly we were asked to book Superworm tickets to take part in the activities, which we did. When we got tho the trail no one was checking tickets. Then we understood why. There was no interaction for the children even signs saying do not touch! One of the stations was closed today. There was no trail to follow on paper ticking of sightings or activities. The staff Guarding’ the displays did not interact at all. No info to impart, no connection with the visitors at all. Yes it was free and the models were excellent, but Kew, you are better than this.
