We got a phone call from their office asking if we could fit in our scheduled engineer’s visit to that day. It suited us to accept this and the engineer turned up on time and explained what he had found. He was very polite, tidy and answered any queries we had.

5 star customer service after I had a problem with compatibility of photo for passport renewal. Whilst the photo was annoying, the customer service was first class and professional. Problem dealt with and cash returned within 24 hours. Very pleasant emails with a ‘how can we fix things’ immediate response.

Had ordered a new tyre early afternoon for next day fitting, I got a phone call from company at 6.45pm telling me my tyre choice was out of stock and offered me an alternative which was going to cost an extra £35 - 40.
To get fitted the next day I had no choice but to accept.
Whilst the rest of the service and fitter were very good, the tyre stock problem left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The order process was simple to complete and the lenses arrived on time despite the Christmas period being in full flow.

Costume was good quality - not cheap thin material - and the whole process went smoothly and quickly.
