Great designs and great staff

Having struggled to find a ‘different’ style of sofa we were very pleased and surprised to see what was on offer at The Designer Room and had the pleasing problem of choosing from three different sofas. Denise and Elaine were both very helpful in explaining the sofa option for all 3 sofa styles and their various leather options and all the price variables. There was no hard selling, just passing on of the facts. Result - they got my order.

Got our tracker for our GSP and was…

Got our tracker for our GSP and was surprised how heavy it was. That said, it does not seem to disturb our dog when out. I find the orange rubber fastener that fixes onto the collar a bit fidgety to secure and worry a bit about the longevity of this part. So far, so good though. As far as the tracking on the app it’s pretty good with a delay of about 30secs the max time I’ve had to wait for the tracker to match the dog.
Overall I’d recommend it.

Having been really helpful in allowing me to cancel my subscription due to my dog not liking the food choice when they didn’t need to, the whole experience turned to farcical levels.
Having told me they had cancelled the subscription I then got an email saying the next order had been raised. I emailed them back saying the subscription had been cancelled and they should stop the order. They said they would do that, then an email came in saying the order was on its way, I emailed them saying they should stop the delivery. They said I could tell the courier there was an issue and refuse to accept it and it would be returned to them. I tried this but the courier would not accept the goods back.
I had 5 or 6 different Petwell staff all promising they would resolve it. I had about a dozen emails all saying they were sorry and they would resolve it. I tried to phone them but their phone switchboard wasn’t functioning.
Very poor customer care for a very simple problem after a good experience to start off.

Needed a MRI knee scan

Needed a MRI knee scan. Looked at the possible options on internet and found Vista were far and away the cheapest. Got scan within 2/3 weeks (quicker availability for £100 more). Results came back within 2/3 days and paid £40 for a 20/25 min video call with Dr to go through results and options. Very simple.

Good informative shopping experience

Went into shop in Aviemore for a quick browse but saw a pr of Merrell Moab’s I’d been coveting for a while. Andrea was able to explain the sizing and got me fitted up in double quick time but taking the care and time to show me the next size up. Andrea also explained the Goretex properties and satisfied my doubts. Purchase made, pleasantly and engagingly assisted on the till by Alana. An all round good shopping experience. Well done ladies!
