I booked a flight ticket with them. The flight was cancelled and I didn't get my money back yet. They always refer to the flight company and the flight company to them and nobody do anything.

I have been in contact with Aurora and Francesco and the only thing they tell me is not to send them more emails.
They are the responsible to request to the company the money and send a refund to me. What they are doing goes totally against the law.

I have been already 4 months waiting for my refund and still not get an answer.

The worst agency. I hope they give me my money back soon.

TIMADORES. LADRONES. POCO TRANSPARENTES. NO RESERVÉIS CON YESCAPA!
El pasado Marzo, tuve que proceder a cancelar la reserva de una furgoneta, porque el mundo entero estaba confinado por una pandemia (COVID-19), tuve que cancelar la reserva, de tal manera que se quedaron con 350€ que no me iban a devolver porque pertenecen a gastos de gestión y a un seguro, pero me indicaron que podría utilizar en mi siguiente reserva. Cuando nos desconfinaron procedí a volver a realizar una segunda reserva a traves de Yescapa, y SORPRESA, me di cuenta de que no podía utilizar todo mi crédito en la siguiente reserva, sino que tenia que ser fragmentado en diferentes reservas, porque tienen como 200 letras pequeñas que nadie entiende. Al final despues de intentar reservar 3 furgonetas diferentes, ninguna cumplia con los requisitos para que pudiera utilizar mi crédito, y les pedí que por favor me devolvieran el importe (OK QUE SE QUEDEN CON LOS 50€ DE GASTOS DE GESTION, pero POR QUÉ 350????), así llevo varios meses, intentando recuperar mi dinero que no es suyo, y no me lo devuelven, no me dejan utilizarlo para otra reserva, y ahora despues de intentar buscar una solución para usar todo mi crédito, ya se me han quitado las ganas, y tampoco me quieren devolver el importe. Y me dicen en 18 meses vuelva a preguntar.

Tengo un regalo Wonderbox Tres días para soñar. La Mayoria de los hoteles no tienne disponibilidad porque "Han cubierto el cupo de reservas Wonderbox" aunque en su web tengan disponibilidad.

Canjearlo en un hotel decente es casi imposible.

No volveré a pensar en regalar un Wonderbox después de esta experiencia, es mejor hacerlo directamente en los hoteles.
