If this was purely a review of the company, id give a maximum of 1.5 stars. If it was purely for the food, id give 4.5 stars.

The food is spot on. Really nice meals, decent variety, well packaged, and easy to follow recipies.

The problem is, IF you get the right food, all is well. If not, theres literally no way to contact them. Ive reported problems 3 times via their system and not got a single reply. They insist on using DPD for delivery, who are that poor, I now have a manager there requesting she is directly contacted re further problems.

Ordered my kitchen from wren bolton. Changed my mind several times re the spec and layout. Nothing was too much trouble and friendly informative advice was given without being pushy in any way.

Kitchen was delivered with 1 door marked and 1 piece of trim the wrong colour. Its was replaced without question. The kitchen is superb quality.

The only thing i would say was a bit of a negative, is getting through to customer services for replacements is a nightmare. I spent well over an hour on hold. In fairness they were spot on when i eventually got through though.

Other than that minor gripe, i cant fault wren at all. I would certainly order from them again.

Cant fault these guys. Found them via their ebay site and ended up dealing with them directly.
Advice they gave was spot on. Advised me about the quality of different watches without being pushy at all.
Fast replies, fast postage, great watches and their knowledge and experience of their own products are faultless.
I would certainly buy from these guys again, and id say i will look directly to these guys first, for my next orient watch.

The watch was far better than expected and seen in pictures. The service and communication was absolute first class. This is the way all companies should do business.

Unfortunately zero stars is not a valid option. My order was dispatched incorrectly as 2 seperate orders several days appart. No customer services available via phone and no message facility. 4 emails later and several further days passed, the rest of my order was dispatched. No explination or apology. Second half not even shipped express by way of apology.

When asked for an explination was informed its within xmas shipping times and as such basically go away. (Order was in january. Not xmas).

Poor service shipping 1 order in 2 seperate deliveries several days apart, despite all items being in stock.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I wouldnt deal with these fools if their products were free for fear of having to deal with the "customer service".(Products are decent. Its just a lottery if you get them as it wont be on time).

Extremely well priced tiles. Staff knew their products & were happy to give advice. Delivery was spot on.
I wouldnt go anywhere else for tiles now
