Flowers at reception along with smiling greetings from receptionist staff sets the welcoming tone of the club
Changing rooms are clean with plenty of space area
All instructors good and make the participants comfort.
More classes at various times added to timetable
Coffee area good hub for people especially older people to socialise.

Swimming pool clean, not over chlorinated & appropriate temperature Same for jacuzzi and saunas . Kitchen staff polite and good.
I have sometimes found floor sticky indication more frequent cleaning
