Great mattress
Received email and messages before and on the day of delivery, the driver called me 30 before arriving as well. Old mattress was taken away. Good service, good quality mattress! Hope it lasts few years!

The present was delivered, I received notification. However I purchased £9 card which never been delivered. Also the flowers arrived very dry and dehydrated, package was smashed.

Excellent service
I sent parcel with next day delivery, I had to drop off the parcel at the Hermes shop. It was delivered on the next day as specified. I was able to track the parcel delivery all the way. The person who received parcel was notified by text about delivery. I will use Harmes in future again as it’s a better value service than Royal Mail this days.

I had an email invitation to renew my membership, however I didn’t manage to renew it as I tried online and I was unable to change my name. So the quote was £43.70. Now my membership expired and I received an email saying I can have £5 off if I rejoin. So I rang the company and due to name change I was quoted £63.00! I went on go compare website and got quote for £34.70 which I bought. So I think people need to shop around to get better deal for same company . No loyalty to regular customers.

The difference in the price was not due to your name change – your original policy renewal expired in December 2017 so when you were requoted for a new policy to start in January 2018 the price of the cover was higher due to the vehicle being a calendar year older.
I must also make you aware that we currently offer discounts for new customers who purchase their policy online however if you had found a cheaper price online with us as a previous customer we would have been happy to match this.

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for her birthday. I got notification that flowers were ready and will be despatched on time. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law was taken by her other son away. So flowers were delivered as arranged, and neighbour had got them. I was notified again that flowers were delivered. Thank you. She got them finally next day.
