Paul the engineer phoned beforehand to let us know what time he’d arrive and was prompt. He got on with the service efficiently and quickly. My only gripe is that it would be good to have a paper record to place with other household docs to confirm regular services are being done, and I feel Baxi are missing an opportunity here. This did not detract from Paul’s work.
